Programs Available

One Month Breakthrough Program:  This is our most popular program.  It includes the Initial 2 hr Foundational Session, plus a half hour session via phone a week later, plus another half hour call a month later. These calls allow for the Practitioner to see what the client has noticed over the last month since their initial session.

Ask about our three, six and 12 month Session Packages for long term support

Additional Sessions after One month program: Duration may vary based on your specific requirements:

    • Quick Tidy-Up: Approximately 30mins, ideal for minor adjustments or quick check-ins.
    • Spring Clean: Approximately 1hr, recommended for a more thorough tidy up.

Available Booking Slots (Monday to Friday):

    • Morning: 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM
    • Afternoon: 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM

PROGRAMS AVAILABLE:

The One Month Breakthrough Program:  This program includes the initial, Foundational Session which is 2 hours, plus a half hour phone call a week later to check-in, plus another half hour phone call a month later.  The phone calls allow for the Practitioner to assess what the client has noticed over the past week and month.  This will highlight whether any more issues need to be addressed at this time.

The Three Month Flourish Program:  After completing the One Month Breakthrough Program, you may want to continue with a monthly, one hour Zoom session every month for 3 months, to keep your life flourishing.

The Six Month New Life Program:  The same as above but for 6 months

The Twelve Month Sustain Balance Program:  The same as above but for 12 months

    • Mornings – time slots between 8am and 12pm
    • Afternoons – time slots between 12pm and 6pm
